    I have now been waiting a month for my order. I've sent loads of e-mails but only had 3 replies, none of which give reason for delay - all I get is "kindly be informed it will be despatched....." but it isn't! My requests for refund have been ignored and they don't answer the phone!

    On the strength of this, when I wanted a pouch for my ipod I ordered it from iBitStore and once again, it arrived the next day!
