A complete disaster from beginning to end. Ordered a Sony 46 inch TV.Problems and delay with order, TV delivered upside down because bottom packaging had fallen out. If you are thinking of using BT shop - DONT!

They are quick to take your order and even quicker to take your money but hate refunding.
I ordered a Samsung TV which was actually sourced from Dabs with whom BT have "an arrangement"
It was faulty so following their proceedure to the letter I applied for a refund and they arranged to collect it which they did on 2nd October.

Searching on-line showed some options, with BT Shop being cheapest at £197 including free next day delivery. The camera was in stock, so I ordered. 1 hour later I get an email asking for "security" details as follows:-

1) The address to which your credit/debit card is registered exactly

Ordered iPod with expected stock in 3-5 days, after 1 week, stock availabilty had changed to MORE THAN 4 WEEKS!!!!!
