    Website looks fairly good and legit. Prices are ok.

    Upon ordering, immediate problem. I chose & paid for Fast Delivery (1-2 days) ordered on a wednesday.

    Dispatch e-mail stated that my delivery method was Standard Delivery not Fast Delivery.

    I e-mailed to change it as no one answered the phone when I tried to call. 8 days later still no reply.

    This store seems ok ... only if things go right. Otherwise be prepared for hell!!!

    I was a bit concerned ordering through them already as I had read a number of bad reviews, especially in terms of customer care.

    As it turned out there was a problem with my order and had the option of going on to their website to fix it or calling them.

    Ordered 2 memory cards 06:00am Friday, selected next day option at £7+. Received order confirmation 06:44am, so expected delivery Saturday. Nothing arrived. Sent email Sunday - no response, contacted via web site on Monday- no response. Phoned Tuesday & Wednesday - phone answers with recorded message to hold on while we deal with your call, but got cut off both times.

    The price is great if they have the item in stock. Waited 5 days, no emails received to see the item is processing. Also in the terms and conditions they dont guarantee delivery time until the item is posted. Waited 5 days for nothing.
