Last 2 orders with Directfoto have taken a while to be fulfilled. The last order took a month as they failed to dispatch one item and seemed to have forgotten all about it. I'd use them again but would be a bit wary of ordering anything of high value or that I needed in a hurry. Read Full Review »

I ordered a 2GB SD card on the 5th May and it arrived on the 16th May. The item is exactly as I required and fully functional on delivery. Delivery was within their stated times and well packaged.

I saw the poor ratings for this firm, but as the price was very competitive I decided to risk it. My goods arrived very quickly, and soon afterwards I decided to tempt fate by placing a more expensive order. Again service was good and delivery was pretty prompt. Had already placed an order for a 4pack of Energizer AA Rechargeable 2500 batteries before reading the reviews. My experience was all good. Product including delivery was virtually half the price of local large chain supermarket and arrived within 2 days of placing the order. I ordered a digital photo frame at £69.99 in January.. by the end of January I still hadn't received it.

I called and emailed and eventually received an email and a telephone call saying the money would be returned. So far, nearly a month on it hasn't been.
