Bought a digital camera from Tesco direct and have to say the caera quality was much better than I expected. Thought a case came with it my mistake but as a gesture of goodwill Tesco refunded £5 which they didnt have to do. Would definitelt use again and can highly recommend oh nd by the way the same camera is about £10 more anywhere else. Read Full Review »

Why do they show so little regard for their customer?
Until last week, I was a regular on-line shopper, spending £6000 a year. Sure, I had always had problems with them...40% of deliveries in the first 6 months were cancelled by them because 'the van has broken down'. Always the same excuse. In July I ordered on-line two pieces of flat pack furniture from Tesco via Tesco direct.

With little notice they changed the time of delivery and although I told them I could not be there at that time and tried to cancel, the goods were delivered and left outside my flat.

Although this was the cheapest price we could find for this washing machine, the delivery date in the catalogue stated 3 working days. Washing machine was not delivered in time so I complained by email. Had a very prompt response from Tesco advising of delivery date. someone from tesco online store called me a day after i placed my order telling me that my card was declined when in fact the amount was already deducted to my account. there was nothing wrong with my card but there is something wrong with their system. i got no groceries and have to wait for four days to get my money back. and their staff is so RUDE!!!!!!!!!!
